Is there a long-term commitment?

The Majestic Medical Billing Team wants you to continue using our service because you choose to – because you are please with our service and wish to continue working with us. Therefore, there’s no long–term commitment. Our initial contract is for 6 months, this allows us time to provide services effectively depending on how long your practice has been suffering financially. After that time, if you are not satisfied, you can request to cancel with 60 days notice.

We use the software that our partners already have in place or are comfortable with unless the partner is unhappy with their current software. If required, our team will find the best software that fits the needs of the partner to ensure their practices operate smoothly.
